Veronica
is the president of IAYT and vice president of Yoga Alliance, where
she also serves as chair of the standards committee and chair of the
sub-committees for Yoga for Children and Prenatal Yoga. Veronica was the Yoga
representative at the First National Educational Dialogue (NED) held in June
2005 in Washington, D.C., and now serves on the NED Values Task Force. Veronica
is the founder of Namaste Yoga Studios and Yoga Shala, the first Yoga Alliance
registered Yoga teacher training program in Michigan. She continues to teach
nationally and internationally, and has written numerous articles on Yoga and
Yoga therapy.
