Dear IAYT,

It is our great pleasure to announce the

Call for Proposals and the Proposal Instructions

For the afternoon sessions of IAYT's fifth Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research: SYTAR 2013.. .The Front Line of Yoga Therapy, June 13 - 16, 2013, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Important dates

Proposal submission deadline: Monday, October 22, 2012
Notification deadline: Tuesday, November 20, 2012.

"The Front Line of Yoga Therapy" has considerable depth of meaning as we become acquainted with our new standards for the training of yoga therapists and their emphasis on competencies - hence the theme for this group of sessions: "Competencies in Action."

This Call for Proposals is an invitation to demonstrate the depth and breadth of the competencies in our field by sharing your teachings with your colleagues in practical and intriguing ways.
