SYTAR 2014 REGISTRATION

Please read the following important information before you register.

• Current members of IAYT receive a $100 discount when they register. To learn more about IAYT and to join, click here. (If you are not a member when you register but become a member after you register, you will not be refunded $100).
• The Early-Bird registration discount of $100 is available through May 14, 2013 .
• When you review the two Options below, please note the meals included in each. Meals are a large part of IAYT costs. Meals include vegetarian options.
• You may easily change your selections later, for free, contingent that your new selections are still available. More>>

Individual Guidance Sessions

• June 9, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, 50 minute sessions

Spousal/Partner fees

• A person accompanying you to SYTAR 2014 may attend the meals and special events of SYTAR 2014 as an 'accompanying person'. The cost to register as an 'accompanying person' is $250 and includes: Thursday night reception, breaks on Friday and Saturday; the Saturday night banquet and access to the exhibit area. Not included in the 'accompanying person' pass is access to any part of the workshops, main sessions, afternoon sessions or morning practices. Also not included is a SYTAR 2014 tote bag.

Payment methods.
On line registration allows you to pay via credit card through our secure server. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card and American Express or check. Check payment must be received within two weeks of your registration. You will be notified of the receipt of your payment. If you provided us with a valid email address you will receive e-mail confirmation of your SYTAR 2013 registration.

Cancellation policy.
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us by email at SYTAR2014Registration@sytar.org by May 1, 2014 . Your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2014. Substitutions (transfer of your registration to another person) may be made by email SYTAR2014registration@sytar.org.
